After 10 hours in the air from Melbourne we are about 3 1/2 hours from Dubai. Currently cruising at 38,000 ft over Mangalore (south of Goa on the west coast of India).
Have had a main meal and breakfast is next. However, the lights are still off and most people are sleeping. The flight is full. I have watched two movies and had a sleep.
I was going to try to send this post using the onboard Wifi but that is not available at present. Something to do with the airspace we are in. I don't know how much it costs either so may wait until we land in Dubai before sending it.
It is about 9:30am Tuesday in NZ so we have been traveling for 18 hours already. Another 15 to go!
Managed to connect to Wi-Fi over the Indian ocean - free for 10 mb so here goes.
